KC Concepcion did her first movie in 2008. (See my earlier post on For The First Time.) It's already 2010, and KC still can't act. WTH? For this movie, she brought back her father from retirement to help her out. Bad decision. It's been such a long time, Gabby also forgot how to act.In the movie, KC plays a wanna fashion designer trying to make it in New York. She got swindled by her BF, so ingrate that she is, she hunts down her estranged father, whom she hasn't met for 15 years, and demand her share of the inheritance. In the middle of the movie, Gabby launches into documentary mode, informing the audience the step-by-step procedure on how to make vodka from coconut.
Most of the movie is just fluff, and the situations scripted to elicit bump the kilig factor to the max. A movie with KC and Gabby in it. Wow!Look, KC is in New York. Aaayyyy! Look, KC is giving Jericho a smile. Aieeeee!
